6. International Shipping & Customs

For international orders, please be aware of the following :

Customs Duties & Taxes: Import duties, taxes, and customs brokerage fees may apply upon delivery. These charges are the customer's responsibility and are not included in the product price or shipping cost .

P.O. Boxes: We cannot ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time. Please provide a physical street address.

9. Lost or Damaged Packages
