At ArtCraftItems.com, we strive to process and ship your orders of hats, bags, and shoes as quickly and reliably as possible. Please review our shipping and handling policy below.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed and another email with tracking information when your order has been shipped.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Time

We offer the following shipping options. Delivery times are estimates and begin after the order has been processed, not after the order is placed.

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 7 to 15 business days.

  • Express Shipping: Estimated delivery within 3 to 7 business days.

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location, customs processing, and unforeseen delays by the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or customs.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and the selected shipping method. The total shipping cost will be displayed clearly before you complete your purchase.

Free standard shipping may be offered on qualifying orders. Any such offer will be clearly stated on our website.

Domestic and International Shipping

We ship to addresses within the United States as well as many international destinations. If you are unsure whether we ship to your country, please contact us before placing your order.

For international orders, please be aware that your package may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by your country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for any delays caused by customs processing or for any fees charged by customs authorities.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery on the carrier's website.

Please allow up to 24 hours after receiving your tracking number for the tracking information to become available.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate before completing your order. If you realize that you provided an incorrect shipping address, contact us immediately at artcraftitems@outlook.com.

If your order has not yet been shipped, we may be able to update the address. If your order has already been shipped, we cannot change the delivery address, and we are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please check with your neighbors or local postal service. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages that are confirmed as delivered to the address you provided.

If your package is lost in transit before delivery, please contact us so we can open an investigation with the carrier.

Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, or failure to pick up the package from a local postal facility, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. You will be responsible for any additional shipping charges.

Split Shipments

If you order multiple items, your order may be shipped in separate packages. You will receive separate tracking information for each shipment.
