Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

The return request must be made within 30 days of the delivery date.

The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.

The item must have all original tags, packaging, and accessories intact.

Shoes must be returned in their original box without any damage to the box.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

Items that show signs of wear, use, or damage caused by the customer.

Items returned without original tags or packaging.

Items returned after 30 days from the delivery date.

Final sale or clearance items (clearly marked on the product page).
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at artcraftitems@outlook.com with the following information:

Your order number.

The name of the item you wish to return.

The reason for the return.
Our customer support team will respond within 48 hours with return instructions and the return shipping address.
Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to a defect, damage during shipping, or an error on our part (wrong item sent), we will cover the return shipping cost.

If the return is due to change of mind or incorrect size selection, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed within 7 to 10 business days.
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or credit card issuer, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be granted in the following situations:

Items that are not in their original condition, are damaged, or have missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Items returned after 30 days but within 45 days of delivery. A partial refund of 50 percent of the purchase price may be offered at our discretion.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund within 10 business days after approval, please check with your bank or credit card provider first. If you have done this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at artcraftitems@outlook.com.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange a defective item for the same product, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will provide instructions for returning the defective item and shipping the replacement.
For size exchanges, please return the original item following our return process and place a new order for the correct size.
Damaged or Defective Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos showing the damage or defect. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
European Union Customers
If you are a customer located in the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item for any reason. The item must be returned in its original condition with all tags and packaging. Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.
