We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date . Items purchased during holiday promotions (November–December) may have extended return windows — please check your order confirmation email for details .

2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions :

Unworn and unwashed – No signs of wear, perfume, or deodorant marks

Original tags attached – All product tags must be intact

Original packaging – Returned in the original packaging whenever possible

Salable condition – Items must be in the same condition as received

We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions .

3. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned :

Underwear and swimwear (due to hygiene reasons)

Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Sale"

Items returned after the 30-day window

Items showing obvious signs of wear or damage

4. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please follow these steps:

Your order number

The item(s) you wish to return

Reason for return

You will receive a return confirmation and shipping instructions within 2 business days.

Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging, including all tags and accessories .

Ship the package to the address provided in our return instructions.

Important: We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost during return transit .

5. Return Shipping Costs

For customers in [your region/country]: Return shipping is free .

For international customers: Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility . Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

If you received a defective or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping costs .

6. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund .

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days and credited to your original payment method .

Please note:

Original shipping costs are non-refundable

Depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account

7. Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges . If you would like a different size, color, or style, please:

Return the original item following our return process

Place a new order for the desired item on our website

This ensures you receive your new item as quickly as possible.

8. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery :

Photos of the defect or damage

Photos of the packaging (if damaged during shipping)

Once confirmed, we will cover return shipping costs and issue a full refund or send a replacement (subject to availability) .

9. EU Customers – Right of Withdrawal

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your item(s), without giving any reason .

To exercise this right, please email us at artcraftitems@outlook.com within 14 days of delivery. You must return the items in unused condition with all tags attached .

10. Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 1 hour of placement by emailing us immediately. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled and must be returned following our return policy.
